Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems following blueprints and safety protocols
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform wiring, conduit installation, and circuit breaker replacements
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Adhere to all electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations
- Complete detailed documentation and reporting for each project
- Participate in ongoing skills development and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete paid on-the-job training (no experience needed!)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth metro
