Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn and apply electrical safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Install wiring, conduits, and electrical components under supervision
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting with guidance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete training modules and skill assessments
- Participate in emergency call-out rotations after certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across metro Atlanta
- No prior experience required - we train from scratch!
