Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC compliance)
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for residential/commercial projects
- Install conduit, wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on electrical systems
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool management
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn technical skills
