Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Install and maintain electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, and panels
- Perform safety checks and adhere to OSHA/NFPA 70E standards
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Manage inventory and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship hours
- Background check and drug screen required
