Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing and maintaining electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to understand project requirements
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Use hand/power tools to perform wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation
- Participate in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Prepare and clean job sites to maintain safety standards
- Complete training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Illinois as needed
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
