Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Lead teams of junior electricians and apprentices on multi-site projects
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions
- Coordinate with contractors and building managers for seamless project delivery
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Master Electrician license (State of Ohio Board of Building Standards)
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems, VFDs, and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience managing crews of 3+ technicians
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
