Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand electrical layouts
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit testing under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes
- Maintain organized work areas and proper tool inventory
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Document work progress and complete required safety checklists
- Support emergency electrical repairs during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
