Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture mounting
- Conduct safety inspections and equipment maintenance
- Follow blueprints and electrical codes (NEC compliance)
- Material inventory and site preparation
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior electrical experience necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
