Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation of wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Follow strict safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times
- Use basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Prepare job sites and maintain organized work areas
- Learn to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
- Complete daily documentation and reporting tasks
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong commitment to safety and continuous learning
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
