Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently for conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting under supervision to identify electrical issues
- Adhere strictly to NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA safety standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in continuous skills development through our training program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs
