Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely (training provided)
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications with precision
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
