Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Participate in hands-on training sessions for electrical codes and standards
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrical license within 18 months
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Raleigh metro area
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
