Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety protocols under direct supervision
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean work areas
- Learn to troubleshoot basic electrical issues and perform circuit testing
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
- Support emergency service calls and after-hours projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional nights/weekends
- Basic math skills and ability to read technical documents
- No electrical experience necessary – we provide all training!
- Must pass background check and drug screening
