Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications for residential/commercial projects
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain OSHA-compliant work environments
- Install wiring, conduits, switches, and lighting fixtures under supervision
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and circuit analyzers
- Document work orders and maintain project progress reports
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrical apprentice license
