Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and support experienced electricians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Learn the Trade: Gain hands-on experience in wiring, circuit installation, lighting systems, and safety protocols under mentorship.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical issues in simple terms, and ensure satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep all electrical tools and vehicles clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Project Support: Help with site preparation, material inventory, and basic site cleanup.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Driver’s License required; willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; we train our own!
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attitude: Eagerness to learn, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
