Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including fixtures, drains, water heaters, and sewer lines
- Install new plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and codes
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections for commercial properties
- Provide emergency service calls during after-hours and weekends as scheduled
- Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and customer documentation
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of installations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid NC state plumbing license
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
