Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance under direct supervision
- Learn to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical specifications
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment assembly tasks
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC compliance)
- Prepare work areas, organize tools, and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Document work progress and assist with inventory management
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn technical skills
- Reliable transportation to various job sites in the Colorado Springs area
