Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Run conduit, wire, and electrical components per code
- Perform diagnostic testing on electrical systems
- Adhere to OSHA and NFPA safety standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No electrical experience necessary
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
