Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Follow blueprints and building codes for all installations
- Perform routine maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Ensure work areas are clean and safe after each job
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Assist senior plumbers with complex projects
- Complete detailed job reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Seattle
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Background check and drug screen required
