Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential/commercial electrical installations
- Learn and apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Participate in safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Complete state-mandated apprenticeship coursework
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams on large-scale projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for voltage calculations
- Willingness to travel between PA/NC job sites
