Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by gathering materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and terminal connections under strict supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Interact professionally with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience required; we are looking for a strong willingness to learn.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for blueprint interpretation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
