Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and equipment following safety protocols
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete documentation for projects and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
