- Complete documentation and reporting tasks accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Virginia
