Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit and pulling wire.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Use hand tools and power tools correctly and safely according to OSHA standards.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurement.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to work on ladders and in various weather conditions.
