The Role:
As an Entry Level Electrician, you will support our project teams in residential and commercial projects. You will learn the fundamentals of circuit installation, panel upgrades, and lighting systems while ensuring strict adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, terminate conduit, and install outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues accurately.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate time and material logs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and site conditions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Basic understanding of math and physics is preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a strong willingness to learn and a safety-first mindset.
- Background check and drug screen required.
