Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and use proper tools/equipment under supervision
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks on simple circuits
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean work environments
- Document work progress and maintain inventory of materials
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
