Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial electrical installations under supervision
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics
- Install and maintain electrical fixtures, wiring, and control systems
- Perform routine safety inspections and compliance checks
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment accurately
- Document work progress and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to NEC codes and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrical license within 6 months
