Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and pipe networks per code requirements
- Conduct thorough system inspections and provide detailed client reports
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize weekend route efficiency
- Maintain inventory of stocked service vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years residential plumbing experience with TX plumbing license
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holidays
