Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, testing, and inspection of electrical circuits and wiring.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company quality standards.
- Document work orders, maintain accurate time logs, and keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Trade school certification or apprenticeship completion is a plus).
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Physically fit to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of math and measurements for accurate wire cutting and fitting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn the electrical trade.
