Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems, including wiring, lighting fixtures, and control panels.
- Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety standards.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify potential hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Current OSHA 30 General Industry Certification.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
