Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Run conduit, pull wire, and connect electrical components
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and electrical codes
- Assist troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Prepare work sites and maintain clean installations
- Document project progress and maintain inventory
- Participate in ongoing safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain California electrician certification
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
