Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and components per blueprints and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, circuit panel installation, and fixture mounting
- Adhere strictly to NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA regulations
- Complete detailed documentation and inspection reports
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Participate in emergency call-out rotations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and safety protocols
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored apprenticeship program
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (will train if needed)
