Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with local and national codes.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment before starting daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document work performed and report any safety hazards or material shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic blueprints or schematics.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn the trade.
