Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision of licensed technicians
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation for project execution
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes, OSHA standards, and company safety protocols
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults using diagnostic tools and systematic testing
- Prepare job sites, organize materials, and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Document work progress, material usage, and safety compliance in digital systems
- Participate in ongoing skills training for emerging electrical technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and circuit fundamentals
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/heights safely
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- California Driver's License Class C or higher
