Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform emergency leak detection and burst pipe repairs during night shifts
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure full compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to prevent future failures
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory for assigned vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience with night shift exposure
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and video pipe inspection technologies
- OSHA 10 certification and confined space training preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable for client interactions
