Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure safety and compliance with local codes.
- Prepare work areas by laying out materials, tools, and equipment needed for specific jobs.
- Utilize hand and power tools, such as multimeters, conduit benders, and drills, safely and accurately.
- Ensure all work meets strict safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project success.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading blueprints and measuring materials.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- No prior experience is required; we train the right candidates.
