Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and equipment following safety protocols
- Perform circuit testing, troubleshooting, and basic diagnostic procedures
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and component assembly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools
- Follow all OSHA and local electrical codes
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various positions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
