Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems following blueprints and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and circuit breaker replacements
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (climbing, confined spaces)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
