Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations
- Perform basic electrical system troubleshooting and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols (OSHA/NFPA standards)
- Install and maintain electrical fixtures, outlets, and panels
- Conduit bending, pulling wire, and circuit testing
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to travel throughout Central Florida
