Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Learn to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and safety protocols
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Participate in OSHA safety training and compliance practices
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Progress to independent tasks after initial training phase
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across Columbus metro area
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be punctual, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
