Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and malfunctions
- Prepare job sites and organize tools/materials efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Collaborate with journeymen electricians on diverse projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Commitment to completing our 6-month paid training program
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
