Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Learn and follow National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 standards
- Perform safety checks and maintain organized job sites
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics under supervision
- Participate in hands-on training for troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment properly
- Document work progress and maintain project logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
