Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety regulations
- Lead night shift projects with minimal supervision
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate with contractors and facility management teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Nebraska Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in PLC systems and industrial automation
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with high-voltage systems (480V+)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
