Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols (OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance)
- Assist master electricians with complex installations
- Document work progress and maintain service records
- Participate in emergency call-out rotations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Maryland electrical license
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
