Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and techniques
- Adhere strictly to NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Collaborate with team members on complex renovation projects
- Provide detailed quotes and transparent communication to clients
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid New York State plumbing license (required)
- Minimum 3 years professional plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and pipe repair
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (pipe cameras, leak detectors)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
