Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Install wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers under supervision
- Prepare job sites, organize tools/materials, and maintain clean workspaces
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
