Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment according to blueprints and safety standards
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting electrical issues and performing diagnostic tests
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Prepare work areas by setting up tools, materials, and safety barriers
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records of tasks completed
- Participate in safety training and follow all OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Electrician Trainee (ET) certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
