Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently using modern tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding estimates, project timelines, and job explanations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent system failures and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials (PVC, copper, galvanized) and jointing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
