Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand wiring layouts.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including stripping wire, connecting circuits, and terminating outlets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating progress and explaining technical details to clients.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills are essential for calculating measurements and wire lengths.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- No criminal record or disqualifying felony convictions (background check required).
