Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead small crews on night shift projects
- Document work orders and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Nebraska electrician license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex systems
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Experience with industrial motor controls and VFDs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
